North America (Canada and USA) - 2010

5 March - 27 March 2010 - applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 4 January 2010. Re-Examination requests must be received by 8 February 2010.

4 June - 26 June 2010 - applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 5 April 2010. Re-Examination requests must be received by 10 May 2010.

27 August - 18 September 2010 - applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 28 June 2010. Re-Examination requests must be received by 26 July 2010.

29 October - 30 November 2010 - applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 30 August 2010. Re-Examination requests must be received by 27 September 2010.

United Kingdom - 2010

8 February 2010 – London – applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 4 January 2010. Re-examination requests must be received by 11 January 2010.

11 May 2010 – London – applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 5 April 2010. Re-examination requests must be received by 12 April 2010.

4 August 2010 – London – applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 1 July 2010. Re-examination requests must be received by 12 July 2010.

18 November 2010 – London – applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 11 October 2010 . Re-examination requests must be received by 18 October 2010.

Australia - 2010

19 February 2010 – FIA Annual Confernece - Adelaide, SA – applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 15 January 2010. Re-examination requests must be received by 22 January 2010.

11 June 2010 – Capital Cities -Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth – applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 7 May 2010. Re-examination requests must be received by 14 May 2010.

17 September 2010 –Capital Cities -Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth– applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 13 August 2010. Re-examination requests must be received by 20 August 2010.

19 November 2010 – Capital Cities -Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth – applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 15 October 2010. Re-examination requests must be received by 22 October 2010.

New Zealand - 2010

2 May 2010 – FINZ Annual Confernece - Nelson, New Zealand – applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 23 April 2010. Re-examination requests must be received by 22 January 2010.
